Terms of use

These terms govern your use of z4p(the "Service"), a link-redirection service that displays a brief transition page, including advertising, before continuing you to a destination address. By opening a z4p link, creating an account, or accepting these terms at sign-up, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and link creation

You can create a creator account yourself through our sign-up page, or we may create one for you directly. We may decline to open, or may suspend or close, any account at our discretion. Once you have an account, you may create short links yourself. We may decline to create, or may suspend or block, any link at our discretion, including links that point to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or destinations that violate the terms of our advertising partners.

Creator earnings are estimates, not a guarantee

Creators earn a share of advertising revenue based on eligible completed visits — visitors who wait out the transition page and continue to the destination — at the share rate then published in your dashboard. That rate applies to activity going forward only; it is not retroactive and is not a promise of any fixed CPM or fixed dollar amount per visit.

Effective CPM varies, often significantly, and depends on factors outside our control, including:

  • the visitor's country and the advertising demand for that region
  • the visitor's device and browser, and whether an ad blocker is present
  • the rate our advertising partner(s) assign to the specific ad format and placement shown, which they set and change on their own schedule
  • overall advertiser demand, seasonality, and fill rate at the time of the visit
  • the quality and source of the traffic driving each visit

Figures shown in your dashboard before revenue is confirmed by our advertising partner(s) are provisional estimates and may be adjusted, up or down, including after the fact, to match what the advertising partner actually reports and pays us. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, CPM, or income from use of the Service, and we may modify, pause, or discontinue the creator revenue-share program at any time; amounts already available for payout remain payable, but no further earnings will accrue under a program that has ended.

Payout review, holds, and fraud

Earnings are held for the minimum balance and hold period shown in your dashboard before they become available for payout, to allow time for advertising-partner reporting and fraud review. z4p has sole and final discretion to approve, reduce, delay, hold, or deny any payout request, or any part of it, including where we reasonably suspect:

  • invalid, automated, bot-driven, or scripted traffic
  • incentivized, paid-to-click, or otherwise artificially generated visits
  • self-generated traffic, including visits from your own known devices or connections
  • any other activity intended to inflate opens, completions, or earnings
  • a violation of these terms

If our advertising partner later invalidates, adjusts, or charges back revenue that was already credited to a creator, we may reverse or deduct the corresponding amount from that creator's balance, even if it was already marked available. While an account or a payout request is under review, the associated balance keeps accruing but is not payable until the review is resolved. Where we confirm fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating traffic, we may withhold or reverse the associated earnings permanently and suspend or close the account, in addition to any other remedy available to us. Our determination of traffic validity and payout eligibility is final.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, conduct phishing, evade platform bans, or direct visitors to content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where the Service operates. You also may not attempt to manipulate opens, completions, or earnings, including by:

  • using bots, scripts, headless browsers, or other automated tools to open your own links
  • paying for clicks, using click farms, or incentivizing visits in exchange for money, goods, or other compensation
  • opening or completing your own links yourself or through people acting on your behalf
  • using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to disguise a visitor's true location or identity
  • embedding links in hidden frames, forced pop-unders, or other placements designed to generate visits without genuine visitor intent

We may block or remove any link, and suspend or close any account, that violates this policy, without prior notice.

Advertising

The transition page may display advertising supplied by third-party advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly labelled and are never required to reach your destination — the Continue action always works independently of whether an advertisement loads. We do not control the content of individual advertisements served by our advertising partners, nor the rates they assign to any given impression, click, or ad format.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a creator account, and disable its links, at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, invalid traffic, or any violation of these terms. Suspension or closure for cause does not entitle you to payment of any balance tied to invalid or fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time; any balance already available for payout at that point is handled under the payout process described above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that use of the Service will result in any particular level of earnings, CPM, or income. We are not responsible for the content of destination sites reached through a z4p link, nor for advertisements served by third-party networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold z4p harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the links you create, the destinations you send visitors to, the traffic you generate, or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
